To strengthen alignment and simplify our decision-making processes, we have consolidated our governance structure into a single, high-level steering body: the Global Executive Committee.
This committee brings together five experienced leaders – the President and four Vice Presidents – who collectively steer the Group’s strategic direction, ensure consistent execution across all regions, and drive progress on our sustainability roadmap.
Chaired by Thierry Koskas, the Global Executive Committee plays a pivotal role in guiding SULO towards its long-term vision. It reflects our integrated approach to business performance and corporate responsibility, ensuring that economic, environmental, and social dimensions go hand in hand.
Through a cascading governance model, strategic decisions made at the top are translated into action at local level, empowering our teams worldwide and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
