SULO Group announces acquisition of Danish waste disposal company JOCA Trading A/S and becomes a leading actor in Denmark
The SULO Group closed today the acquisition of Danish company JOCA Trading A/S. Founded in 1991, JOCA is a leading player in the Danish waste management sector. Its core business includes the supply of underground collection systems and bins, as well as comprehensive service operations for crane-emptied systems. JOCA employs around 60 people and its annual sales amount to approximately €35M.
JOCA covers a large part of the Danish market and has long-term framework agreements with municipalities, housing associations and waste disposal companies. The service activities include maintenance and cleaning of underground collection systems and ensure recurring revenues to the company. JOCA and SULO have been long term partners: particularly, JOCA is Group SULO‘s distributor for MOLOK systems.
With this acquisition, the SULO Group becomes a leading actor in Denmark and reinforces its presence in Scandinavia. This acquisition will also generate significant synergies within the Group as well as sales opportunities for SULO products.
