Collvert and Challenv join the SULO Group
SULO Group expands its BtoB capabilities in France with the acquisition of COLLVERT and CHALLENV
SULO, leader in solutions for waste management and the circular economy, strengthens its capabilities to serve BtoB customers in France, particularly industrial and collectors, by announcing the acquisition of COLLVERT SAS and CHALLENV SAS. The acquisition, successfully finalized on Thursday, October 5, 2023, marks an important milestone for SULO in France.
Since 1998, COLLVERT and CHALLENV have established themselves as key players in their respective sectors:
COLLVERT by providing waste collectors and professionals with pre-collection solutions for industrial waste,
CHALLENV by distributing an extensive catalog of urban equipment solutions for specialized developers.
25 years ago, I created COLLVERT to provide customized sorting solutions, then a few years later CHALLENV to complete our offering in the field of living environment management. Today, we are passing on these fine businesses. We join the SULO Group with a great deal of enthusiasm and desire. A new page is being turned towards new challenges for our companies, already rich in a partnership spanning more than 20 years.
